This show is closer to G1 then anything we've seen in RID/A/E/C

agreed... I mean, it even has a headmaster! I'm not a huge fan of the art style, but the voices are decent, the themes are spot on, and I kind of like the fact that Optimus is important but not the be-all and end-all of the Autobots.
