Not sure if it's the lighting, but it looks like Hasbro Prowl has just plain white plastic instead of Takara's more real car-like hi-gloss white coat..
So Hasbro Prowl is MP-04, is MP-03 the Grimlock reissue?

yes mp-03 is grimlock and mp o5 is sunstrom...
funning mp 01 and 02 were deceptions
mp-03 and mp-04 is autobots
and mp-05 is sunstorm so whos the next deception
I bet its soundblaster
