it's 30% off if you happen to have a Sears credit card. Regular Sears card won't work, need to be one of their credit cards, i tried.

Boo...my original thread wasn't noticed. I find it funny we both posted in "General Discussion" as oppose to the Canadian Discussion thread where it might be more appropriate.

Either way, hopefully people make use of it as I know there are few ppl hunting for this thing in store and it may just make sense to get it shipped directly from Sears (for a slightly cheaper price) but at the cost of what will most likely be a damaged box.

I urge people, if you still need a Metroplex and don't mind the neutered voice chip, to go this route. I ordered mine last Thursday and picked it up no problems from my local store on Saturday. With the 20% off coupon it came to around $110 before tax. Shipping was $3.50. You get a Metroplex cheaper than Toys r us general retail and you don't have to hunt for it, you just have to wait 3 days.

this deal is dead now. it was a weekend only thing on sears.ca where you can buy certain things like toys for 20-30% off. code was on the frontpage of sears.ca
