ahh... I think those constructicon-green robots are prototypes for bruticus. One's a missle carrier, another a tank. The bulldozer and what looks like some sort of farm vehicle confuses things, but looking at the other photos, there's swindle like jeep and a space shuttle as well as a helicopter and a combat plane. Maybe these are the prototypes of the various vehicle choices that were up for the combiner team.
