Canadian Slag Episode 15 - Shooting the Slag

In an attempt to give the listeners what they want the Slaggers have decided to troll Cybertron.ca's own Transformers General Discussion forum. We quickly talked about the recently revealed Transformers at SDCC and then moved on to getting to know Silverbolt, from Aerialbot leader, to fuzor, to ROTF. After that we covered a listener question about what other shows we watched and influenced us growing up before wrapping up with how awesome the next Human Alliance figure will be.

bah well, in this horribly crappy weathered summer when we finally get a good week, we take advantage of it...

On the good news though we're still on track so expect a new episode sooner then later

I really enjoyed the "Get to Know" section about Silverbolt. I don't remember rumors about him possibly being the new maximal leader. The rumor I really remember was one about Polar Claw being the new maximal leader. Now that would have been interesting!

Re: Canadian Slag Episode 15 - Shooting the Slag

I think it just would have been cool to see Polar Claw in CG...he was one of my first BW figures when I was a kid so he has a special spot to me...I'll have to get a new one as mine is broken and I wouldn't mind getting one of his "grizzly" versions :P

Also forgot to mention another non-cartoon show I loved when I was a kid, Dinosaurs...ya know the Jim Henson show? "NOT THE MAMA!"....lol watching that show again made me realize Baby and Elmo have the same voice actor...

Re: Canadian Slag Episode 15 - Shooting the Slag

Polar Claw certainly is one of the (unjustifiably) overlooked characters from Beast Wars. I always loved his (very Canadian) colours, design, and his mutant mask is pure love compared to his normal face.
Hmm... I say Polar Claw should be the next bot to represent for Canada! I want a new toonie with Polar Claw's mutant mask instead of the Queens head.

Dinosaurs was a really cool show. It was one of those shows that my Dad would pretend to hate, but still laughed at it when it was on...

Not the mama...hilarious.
