As the comics have been hinting that the figure is a "prime" and one of the original 13 created by Primus, I bet they are saving the combiner head for Botcon or as a surprise for people when they receive it.

I kinda like these clear TFCC guys, but I wouldn't buy them unless I could get the whole set...
