Actually, to my surprise, I liked all 3 engergon combiners even without the expensive add-ons. You just have to ignore the official transformation and you can find ways to make them look better.

A couple of ancient threads on the subject of Bruticus and Superion alt transformations with pics.

Re: Opposite Opinion!

Hell yeah!

For me, it's all the Animated TF figures including Arcee, Rodimus, etc.

By the way, if you haven't guessed it already. I don't collect Animated.

That's pretty cool! I'm gonna dust them off and give it a try.

Though the 4chan 2 set Bruticus thing looks really silly to me.... But props to whoever for pulling it off!

I reckon that I'll have to do the same as ConvoyGTR.

Re: Opposite Opinion!

This kind of strays from the original idea I created, but everyone seems to think that the Bruticus add ons go best with the Revenge of the Fallen version of him, even though Energon Barricade is coloured more accurately to G1 Onslaught. The green tank works as a Brawl, and the light green tank and orange helicopter would be replaced by the add ons. You could just replace the purple helicopter with a loose grey one.

Re: Opposite Opinion!

Just thought I'd bring the thread back. There hasn't been much activity here for the last few days, outside of 3 or 4 threads.

Then how come when I checked the site last night I had three pages worth of threads to look through?

Re: Opposite Opinion!

Really, when was the last time you were on? I check every couple of hours, so I go through threads rather quick without them piling up.

Thats it exactly though, there's not going to be new discussion non-stop every two hours or so. That said I think 75 active topics a day is still pretty busy.

You should have been here in 2007, there were tumbleweeds blowing through at the start.
