Is there any way we can inquire to hasbro/walmart can about MP SS's release status?

I'm sure many of us are wondering about Masterpiece Starscream coming to Walmart in Canada, there is a thread generally asking about it, but I was wondering more specifically if there is any way we can make a call or send an email out to try to get some sort of clear understanding.

That Hasbro doesn't press release this sort of information (i.e. will be ONLY in american walmarts vs. ...) puzzles me a bit, and it would be nice to know.

General arguments for and against us getting him have been posted but that is all just informed guessing, something concrete would be nice. Though I know it is unfortunately (and sort of silli-ly) not always obtainable, it would be nice. Even one of the last exclusives that many were interested in, commemorative soundwave, the tfw news-barons were very convinced that he was not going to be released here and then (many months later) he was. So I don't know if there is any way to get real facts on our picking up of hasbro store exclusives?

I'd suggest contacting either Wal-Mart at the branch level or the corporate level.


I don't know if the buyers for the toy departments buy work at each store they're responsible for, or whether some person in the head office decides what to buy for toys.

Go to your local Wal-Mart, and at the customer service desk is displayed the phone number for the district manager. Give that person a call and let them know you want this. Otherwise, don't cry when it isn't released here.

Sounds like a good idea, would the id # be the same as in the US?

Everyone needs to do this.

It's the only way that they can see there is sufficient demand. The more people calling and asking, the more incentive they have to get this in stock over here.
