My only worry about direct KO's are people selling them as the real thing. It would suck to see someone trying to get an original second hand and then someone selling them this...

Even at $137.80 Canadian, I might jump at this when I can. I wanted Dinobot, but I wasn't willing to pay almost $300 for it!

If it's Black Mamba, it should be a good quality KO. I have some of their releases and they're as good as Takara's stuff.

So the latest news is that there will be 2 company making KO Dinobot. Black Mambda is gonna make it as IT02, with possibly some mould improvement. While the other unknown company will make the pure KO (same packaging as Takara Tomy).

I might consider one of these KOs if the quality is good, just because the cost of the original is just way to expensive. I hope these same guys are taking a serious look at Beast Wars Megatron now too!

Nope, but I often wonder if TT has sold the mold and still take a cut. The ko LEGO didnt last long , seeker molds have lasted forever.
