I imagine they will see your post here, but you would probably be safer to contact them through their website in order to confirm - especially if your account name is not "pandaprime".

I'm confused about that as well, my pre-order for MP Wheeljack is still awaiting fulfillment, which makes no sense as 10 days ago I paid the invoice.

I hadn't thought anything of it until just now, so I sent an e-mail off to Mario to ask about what is going on, because I did pay for him and should have received shipping confirmation by now if they've got their Wheeljacks in, right?

Hopefully they can sort out my issue without problems.

Special note regarding upcoming items: Hasbro Jetfire, MP-20 Wheeljack, Hasbro Deluxes, KFC Cassettes(Haymaker set).

Hello! Everything's rolling at fast pace since our big opening last Thursday, thank you all for the kind comments!

Now, a note regarding the items mentioned above: if you have one or many of these items on preorder with us, and your preorder was placed via our old website, please note that those were invoiced via Paypal before the opening of our new store. Those were the 'last' items to be invoiced via our old method if you will.

If you see in your new Automaton's account that payment is due for one of these items, please ignore that status. We will update all account with a 'shipped' status soon as those items are in and have been processed. Tigris is in, as well as KFC Cassettes and Hasbro Wave 04. MP-20 will be in stock this week for sure. :) There's a slight delay with Hasbro Leader Jetfire but it should be in very soon.

If you have placed a preorder for one of these items via the new website, then we will claim payment soon: you will receive an email with instructions on how to pay for your order.

I would suggest all our customers to follow our blog: I will often post there with news or important messages.
