80s Toy Expo (http://www.80stoyexpo.com/) will be collecting toy and collectible donations for the TFcon 2013 Make-A-Wish Charity Auction (http://www.tfcon.ca/tfcon-2013-charity-auction-for-make-a-wish-canada) at the show this weekend. If you bring a new toy or collectible you will get into the dealer room 15 minutes earlier than your ticket time. Last year TFcon (http://www.tfcon.ca/) raised $2705 for Make-A-Wish Canada in their first ever charity auction, help us beat that.

The 2013 Canadian 80s Toy Expo (http://www.80stoyexpo.com/) will be April 14th, 2013 at the Delta Meadowvale Hotel and Conference Centre – 6750 Mississauga Road, Mississauga, Ontario (http://maps.google.ca/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=6750+Mississauga+Road,+Mississauga,+ON). Special guests include Larry Kenney the voice of Lion-O in Thundercats and former WWF Superstar Tito Santana.

The show features a huge selection of vintage 80s toys and all the latest releases from today such as Super Heroes (Marvel Universe/Legends, DC Universe etc), Star Wars (new and vintage), GIJoe (vintage and modern), Transformers (vintage and Japanese imports), Masters of the Universe (vintage and modern),Wrestling, and tons of other Action Figures and collectibles. Free parking.

I have a question about the show, and I don't want to have to register on the boards just to ask one question.

Does anybody know if we have to pay for Larry Kenny's autograph? This really factor's into my money situation.

Why? Just out of curiosity.

Is it a numbers thing? At TFCon we don't have to pay for autographs. Is that because there are so many more people that come to TFCon that the guests don't have to charge?

Different logistics than TFcon. Most events/Comic Cons you pay for celebrity autographs.

This will be my first year going to the show .. just wondering -how packed does it usually get? would it be best to show up a few hours early for a lineup? Went to my first Fan Expo last year in Toronto and I was shocked how nuts it was LOL

If you want to lineup, you can, but to be first, you probably don't have to be more than a half hour early.

That said, if you show up about 5 minutes after they open, you can probably walk right in. The line moves fast.
