American Idol Autobot

Anyone catch American Idol tonite?? Some guy who's labeled profession was "Bartender/Autobot" was dressed in a full transforming costume. Red mustang. Needless to say he did not get the votes needed.

I saw that. That was hilarious (the awesome kind of hilarious). Hopefully the clip shows up online sooner or later. Having Lion's Transformers movie cover in there, albeit briefly, was very cool too.

i love how he was able to transform and actually "roll" in a semi dive manuever:clapping:
most transforming costumes i've seen so far become a statue once transformed.

As a Kitbasher, I got to respect the costumes build & the balls it took to go on Idol wearing it.
The fact that it still had the power drive function was really cool.

I found myself laughing at him & with him all at the same time.

I've always said "never apologize for being a Transfomers geek/nerd. Embrace it & no one can ever make fun of you for it"

The wife and I saw this as well. Had such high hopes. Kinda reminds me when Prime got shot down with Sideswipes rocket pack. Crash and burn.
