I know Prime/Ravage, Mirage/SS, Grimlock/Shockwave, Rodimus/Insecticon, Prime/Unicron and Jaz/TC are out. Are BB/Soundwave or UM/Megatron out aswell?

Yes, they are out already. Bought a UM/Meg set from Walmart and I have seen those in Zellers.
