You Find the Darndest Things at Goodwill hmm?

hey gang, need some help IDing this bad boy. As the title obviously suggests, I visited a Goodwill (actually to be specific, the one near the Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket) and I happened to find this figure sitting amongst the toys...

Now I'm no expert in every figure ever made, so I have no idea who this guy is XD. I do know that it has a button in the top area that makes the Transforming sound effect when whatever is supported to plug in there does....and its articulation makes Devastator feel like a Revotech.

So does anyone happen to know who he is and maybe know where I can find the parts to complete him?

but I had a feel it was Overload....XD looked too much like Energon Ultra Magnus to be a coincidence

LOL, on the same night I picked up Recon Ironhide thanks to your tip Malwave, I stopped in at that Goodwill and came upon that Transformer! :p Never bothered to pick it up though, just dropping off some donations for the store and than had to head to Toronto. :D
