New Marvel Transformers Crossovers Released in Canada

Action Figure News.ca (http://www.actionfigurenews.ca/boards/showthread.php?t=3789) has reported that wave 5 of the Marvel Transformers Crossovers (http://www.actionfigurenews.ca/boards/showthread.php?p=12205) have been released at Canadian Retail. New to this wave is Spider-Man / Sports Car, Hulk / Bulldozer and a repaint of Wolverine / Jeep.

That Captain America would make a great swindle, if you replaced the shield with a BGF, and added new head.

This is great news! I haven't been able to find a Captain America yet, so this means I should have another chance to find him at retail. I have plans for that mold.
That new Hulk bulldozer looks like it would make a neat Armada Scavenger. Looks like Universe Hotshot won't be lonely for much longer. :)

Oh those. Yeah, I saw them at TRU a few days ago. Don't really care for the Crossover figures. Maybe if they were on sale I'd pick a Hulk, the old one, the tank.

I see it the opposite way. They're Star Wars and Marvel figures that transform. No different then those older Marvel "Transformers". They aren't Autobots or Decepticons, they have no fiction that ties them to Transformers, they just use the name.

THEY'RE CYBORGS!!!!!!According to the fiction attached to Crossovers, they're actually supposed to be mechs, piloted by the character using them.

Because after all... when somebody becomes the pilot for a giant robot, the first thing they do is make the robot look exactly like them. :)

I guess he can also hopin his sports car or his helecopter if the bike doesn't work.
I will eventaually pick up one of the spiderman crossovers... but which one?

The copter and car look chunky. The bike has a nice slender look that suit Spider-man more for me....just don't like the wheel shoulders but there are 2 versions, one is a brighter red with light blue and the other is more like the movie suit colours with a darker red and blue. I'd get the latter.

While they transform keep in mind they are not designed by the Transformers team. Also AFN needs some love too. :p
