FP uploaded images of Explorer, the new Blastoff mold, which is part of their Bruticus upgrade, along with parts for Onslaught, and the combined Bruticus mold.

This is the first time I saw these photos. The only thing I saw before were concept designs. Now I won't even bother making my own Bruticus upgrade for fun. There is no way I can do something cool as this! Well, maybe make a new head for Onslaught and Brawl at the least if FP don't. :D

As soon as I heard thse were comming out a few months back, I gave up on a my personal upgrades and I'm so glad I did. This set looks phenominal. If it's in the same price range as the superion set, I'm getting two...haahha... ouch... my wallet hurts.

Considering there is one full figure already in this addon, it won't be the same cost as the Superion, unless FP have learned to use magic, haha.

i'm definately liking the whole dream wave warwithin feel to onslaught!!it just seems funny cause they matched it damn near bang on,but what they have as his new vehicle mode rear end was actually the front end of onslaught in the dw ww comic series.i'm still buying this regardless!!!(here's hoping they do a complete swindle fig too!!!)

I love these guys. I like how they included a mod for vortex so he can properly combine. Also, did anyone notice the nice attention to detail on the head or the huge rifle slung over his shoulder between "Explorer" & Onslaught? Epic.

I'm kinda hoping they don't include a swindle in the set because it would make it way to expensive. I find that energon blight makes a great swindle, the colours really close and plus it gives bruticus balance with 2 tanks as feet. if they do ad swindle the cost would most likely be around $100 or more for the set containing 2 new figures and add on parts too. I'd hate to think what the predaking set is going to cost, primus help us.

I don't think it'll cost more then $80 tops if it has two new figures. But honestly, I think they'll be worth it.

The iGear Predaking doesn't strike me as something that will be that great. They haven't wowed me yet, so I'm not holding my breath.

Ok this is now officially A MUST BUY!!!!! holy s#!+. I might have to buy 2 sets for an extra swindle. That swindle is one of the best looking "basic" class figures that has ever been made. I paid 45 for the superion set, I'd gladly $80 or $90 for that set.

I'm not as excited about this, now that I've had time to play with my figures. I LIKE the alt mode for onslaught, especially the way I display it. And if you actually fiddle with Blast Off, he actually forms into a kind of cool looking sattilite with no bashing whatsoever. A little bashing, and he'll be a fantastic looking sattelite. Heck, a little fiddleing and even swindle and vortex look kinda cool and different from each other. I like the idea of the 'bits' to make bruticus more worthy, but imho they're going a little overboard and trying to change it from an homage to the original to a recreation.


But that's just me. Possibly the only one. And sadly, it doesn't mean I won't be very interested in getting the set. I'll just cry a little inside when I use the bits lol

The only thing that bothers me about Bruticus is that he is missing his "chest wing" thing. He doesn't look right without it.

The chest wing would be the easiest thing in the world to replicate with that figure. I mean, you already have the energon chip hardpoint right in the center of the chest. Heck, with a little heat and bending, and some glue to attach an energon chip, you could make the original wing fit.....

Well I had known about the Swindle component for a while now. So far, no one has got his "name" right. The more I see pictures like this the more and more confidence myself and the general fandom have in FP.

I was hoping this batch of pictures would show that big ol' gun that was strapped to his back.

Last time I spoke with them I got the impression they were going something similar to that with Arms Dealer or Arms Runner.

I'm happy to see they it will be done in two sets.
