The TFcon website (http://www.tfcon.ca/) has been updated with the following:
After years of summer convention requests we are pleased to announce TFcon 2010 (http://www.tfcon.ca/) will be the weekend of July 17th and 18th. We hope to welcome both new and returning fans for the largest gathering of Transformers collectors in Canada.

Ok, I'll be honest, I was gonna make this year my first TFCon, but with it always happening around the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo, I was kinda doubting my ability to go.

Now you guys had to go and move it to my Birthday! Well, ya know how I feel about that? I'm there, thats what! TFCon guys, you are awesome for moving it to the Summer.

Woohoo! Can't wait! TFCon 09 was awesome! I'm already planning the cake for the Friday night pizza party, and trust me, it will top last years. Wait, didI say cake? Damn, it was supposed to be a surprise. Disregard that last statement. There will be no cake this year.;)

Awesome! I couldn't go last year. My girlfriend at the time made me go to a reception for her friend's First Communion. It was one of those "I'm telling you it's OK for you not to go but what I really mean is that you better be there or else I'll cut your balls off" thing.

Anyways, it's a new year, a new girlfriend who supports my Transformers addiction, and I definitely will be making it out there. I hope to finally put some names and faces to aliases.

And I'm setting up a PayPal account called the "The Logical Prowl's TFCon Fund" to pay for my extravagant expenses. Donations of course are welcome. My slogan: "C'mon, help a brother out and help him get the Fortress Maximus he always wanted".

You can find decent deals. All depends on what you're looking for.

For instance I've gotten some deals on Beast-era figures in the past.

As for spending, I think I spent a few hundred last year - but half of that was on fanproducts (not including City Commander) and art.

But seriously, those panel rooms got hot. And this was in April! I don't want to think about how they'll get in July. Makes me feel sweaty and claustrophobic just thinking about it. D8

That was a one time thing, the room on Sunday was fine, it was just a problem with the AC control in that room. The previous years there was no issue.

LMAO....I don't mind the heat,as it was made for me(Though that could be my Hispanic blood talking),what I do mind though is that is waiting for the Summer to roll on by for this Convention. Not to worry though, there are other Cons to distract me with…however, the Convention before TFCon is in May…so I won’t be doing some adventure throughout June, which is weird…I never experienced a gap before in my Con-trekking.
