The Transformers Revenge of The Fallen: Gathering at the Nemesis set has been found by jigga79 and Icetron at Toys R Us stores in Vancouver BC. In the 3 pack is an unaltered The Fallen (http://www.tfw2005.com/resources/rotf-decepticons-384/the-fallen-1970/) Voyager figure, a repaint of the first movie Voyager Megatron (http://www.tfw2005.com/resources/rotf-decepticons-384/megatron-gathering-at-nemesis-3688/), and a blue repaint of Deluxe Class Soundwave (http://www.tfw2005.com/resources/rotf-decepticons-384/soundwave-gathering-at-nemesis-3666/). The set retails at a whooping $74.99.

I just saw these at my local TRU, I did not get the price, sorry. The price checker was broken. (I know I could have checked with the cashier but I was in a hurry)

Have they been spotted in Canada yet? If so, how much do they cost? :p

EDIT: Forgot the name, it's the "Gathering at the Nemesis" set I believe.

EDIT2: According to jigga79's post (http://www.cybertron.ca/boards/showpost.php?p=176421&postcount=6443) they are $74.99, wow...

TRU Hamilton had the 3 pack. Big waste of money imo. Would have been better to have Blue Soundwave and Ravage as a 2 pack than this.

That's a lot of money. I don't have that Megatron or The Fallen, and I like Movie G1 themed repaints, so if it goes on clearance for a reasonable price, I think I will pick it up.

It is when your formula is wrong, as 1 voyager = $30, and 1 deluxe = $15

x = 2 voyagers + 1 deluxe
x = 2($30) + 1($15)
x = $60 + $15
x = $75

Too expensive. Thought they might try a deal. I couldnt bring myself to bit on the whirl and bludgeon pack even though I wanted it.. and now I doubt I'll get this one either... even when it goes on sale for 59.99 soon (probabaly). Boo-urns.

I took a look at it in person, and I'm really not a fan of the megatron or soundwave repaints. I think that the green looking voyager megatron was a nice touch, but with the silver one, might as well get the leader!

Soo... now to predict when and at what price point will it be when it goes on fricken clearance.. because that's the only time people will buy that pack. The Soundwave looks nice except they were still retards on painting the eyes A FRICKEN DIFFERENT SHADE OF GOLD when the clear plastic was yellow. And that Megatron looks disgusting.. Fallen is decent since i don't have it.

If this set came with the Burning Fallen repaint, I'd buy it. However, I already have the regular Fallen. I like the Blue Soundwave, and I like the Megs, but "The Fallen" is not a figure I can justify having 2 of the same of. I do not have movie 1 voyager Megatron yet either. I passed on the first one.

So has anyone identified a ROTF exclusive set that's actually decent enough to buy at retail...? Or even worth buying.... Even that ROTF leader pack with Camshaft? looks retarded... Oh well at least we get a G1 looking soundwave with yellow eyes.
