First, a friendly reminder about some recent changes in our Store policies: we have updated our website with the new FAQ section (replacing the SOS section). The term ''SOS'' was confusing and most of our customers didn't even know that this section was actually about our store policies. Please read this section as we have updated the information and specified details about some of our services, including the OOH!

Automaton's Order On Hold ( OOH ): we have officialized and detailed this service, already requested by many of you. The OOH is a service that enables you to hold several items for an extended period of time. We understand that sometimes, there are multiple releases in a shorter time frame like in a month. We also understand that you don’t want to pay multiple shipping fees when multiple releases occur. The OOH is the solution. Please see our FAQ section for details!
