Revenge of the Fallen Deluxe Preview figures on sale at Wal-Mart

Wal-Mart has put on a sale to compete against the Toysrus Deluxe Revenge of the Fallen sale by putting their Deluxe Figures on for 9.94 plus tax. As of today this is just for the preview figures, but we shall find out tomorrow if the rest of the deluxe characters are on sale.

Thanks to everyone for the confirmation, ALL Revenge of the Fallen Deluxe toys at Wal-Mart are on sale.

It's all deluxes. The Wal-mart I went to today had an end cap of previews but in the aisles there was one or two wave 1 deluxes that rang in at 9.94.

Confirmed all ROTF deluxes are on sale, I bot a set and returned the ones I got from TRU just a few minutes ago... and kept the TFPens :D

I feel obliged to buy some figures from TRU despite the higher prices, seeing as how if they didn't exist, there would be no competition and no reason for Walmart to do a rollback, and then we'd all be stuck paying even higher prices! :-o

There is one advantages of paying $2 more per RoTF Deluxe @ TRU: you can buy a few extra and use them to exchange for later waves :p because all RoTF Deluxes @ TRU share the same internal SKU. You can't do that @ Walmart because they use the exact barcode which is different even among the same class.

Hmm, I got Soundwave just last week at Wallyworld. I wonder if I can just bring in my receipt and see if they'll adjust the price. :confused:

If not, I'll just buy a new Soundwave and return it with my older receipt, if they don't want to play fair. :mad:

YMMV... some TRU customer service folks are pretty easy with exchange within the same SKU and some don't even check the receipt.

Refund is entirely a different matter, though.

That is sad news. Well atleast their Voyagers are cheaper than everywhere else. $28 I believe. I'm not too sure when TRU/Wal-Mart Canada will have a Voyager/Leader sale.. I don't know if I can wait that long to pick up either Prime or Megatron.

I'm just hoping this year's Costco exclusive is a bomb.

Right now at morningside and milner walmart in Scarborough all deluxes rotf, animated are 11.97 it's a rollback so it won't last long
