I picked this guy up at the market last sunday and I cant seem to find a thing on the net about him or anything related. All that I can find written on it is the "Hardee's" logo.Anyone ever seen him before? His alt-mode is a tank.Would like to know his name before I use him as my lab-rat.Thanks

It looks like a knock-off of G2 Megatron (http://www.tfu.info/1993/Decepticon/Megatron/megatron.htm) or Combat Hero Megatron (http://www.tfu.info/1994/Decepticon/Megatron/megatron.htm) (both used the same design, but CH Megatron was smaller and more poseable. It was later retooled as Robot Masters Reverse Convoy.)

I can't be sure, but I think I saw that figure at a Dollarama. Looks on of those KO transformers they sell for a buck.

Maybe the KO manufacturers wanted a foe to battle Pepsi Prime?

Any marks on the others? Copyright stamps? A manufacturer sometimes helps jog people's memories...

The red one says made in singapore and unkown writing in said language im guessing.

The black one I have transformed now and see no markings, but will update pic soon.

BB is marked 1985 Hasbro with a 4 above it.

The red jet from from Mospeada. It is an alpha fighter. The grey thing in the top left corner is an Egg Fighter from bandai.

Without better images of the red tank and the black/yellow thing, not too sure.

The one on the bottom left is the Transformer Pretender called Cloudburst.

http://www.tfu.info/1988/Autobot/Cloudburst/cloudburst.htm

The one in the top middle is a gobot.

http://www.tfu.info/Gobots/Renegades/Scorp/scorp.htm

...and the rest looks like parts to various Brave figures.

The insect was part of a robot series manufactured by Takatoku Toys (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Takatoku_Toys) that eventually went bankrupt.

Several of the toys from this series did make its way onto our shelves back in the mid 80s but I guess they disappeared along with the company. Anyways, the insect robot is part of a group that did make it to North America: http://www6.pos.to/~butto/ttjo-05.html (http://www6.pos.to/%7Ebutto/ttjo-05.html)

The other group that also made it to our shelves: http://www6.pos.to/~butto/ttjo-04.html (http://www6.pos.to/%7Ebutto/ttjo-04.html) (I purchased a few from this series and do remember them fondly).

I hope this helps.
