View Full Version : Questions about the Superion & Bruticus Gift Set

The Sets looks beautiful on the shelf.
The reprint color is amazing, I love it more than the Energon versions.
But when I opened the package I was disappointed.
Mine has a lot of paint issue, just wondering if anyone else having the same problem. Also, for the ones got them in Australia, Do you guys see Chinese characters on the instructions? Just to make sure, every set has 2 instructions, 1 for 5 individual bots and 1 for combining?

I can't wait until these are available in Canada. I just hope the Fansproject addon is available somewhat locally.

about the issues/questions you have,dont worry,when you get back i'll take those off your hands so you dont have to worry my friend!!!:D

hmmm... i picked up the same set, don't recall seeing any paint issues but then again I really didn't give them a good once over. What i did notice is this Superion is much tighter and easier to pose vs the Energon one.
Curious though.. will the ROTF release be the exact same colors as the Universe version?

Well what were they going to do? Make a new mold or four? You could swap from bruticus to superion, I guess, but I don't even see much point in that.

I've been fighting the urge to get these guys when they come out in Canada but so help me, I really want them!
You know, I'd think I'd have actually preferred that Hasbro make these guys an homage to their G2 versions. We already have the Ultra class Onslaught and Silverbolt, so lets have a little fun here, Hasbro. Bring on the day-glo and neon camo!:D

I wanted the Universe package, not the ugly ROTF that doesn't match them. But its look like its the only way to get them without importing. :(
