LIST UPDATE - Just a few hours to go before I hit the road.
If you miss the preorder deadline, there will still be pizza available "At the door" on a first come, first serve basis, so by all means please come help us eat up the leftovers :)
DRAFT LIST - please review your order and make any changes ASAP, because once I'm on the road to TFCon...somewhere in the thin line between Thursday night and Friday morning...the list I have with me is the list I'll be using to order.
The hours of the pizza party have changed slightly.
They are now 6:30 to 7:30.
This should give partygoers time to prereg before the pizza arrives, so it's not going cold while you're in the registration line.
The following is the official pizza party attendence list as it stands right now.
If you would like any changes made to your order, please post in the ORIGINAL pizza party thread. This thread will be updated as I see requests made. There will be a finalized version posted Thursday after the preorder cutoff.
If your name is on this list, I will hold your pizza and drinks for you until midnight. After 7:30, the pizza and drinks go to my room. If you come late, find me (I'm the girl in the Decepticon army jacket) and I will give you your pizza and drinks. After midnight I reserve the right to eat any unclaimed pizza/drinks. However--since the pizza and drinks are bought from my own toy money--if you preorder, barring some unforseen emergency, I would appreciate it if you pick up your pizza at some point Friday night.
If you did not preorder - Any pizza slices or drinks NOT claimed on preorder (or eaten for dinner by myself and Phalanx) will be sold at the party on a first come, first serve basis.
And of course, if you just want to hang out, you're certainly welcome to do that as well.
