Hey everyone, I have a quick question to those who have the Universe Hound Deluxe figs.

I just opened mine and noticed how easy the right leg pops off above the knee. Does anyone else have the same issue or is it just me?

No - although I DID get one with 2 left arms.

Finally got it exchanged though once they got more Hounds in.

Nope but the one I have the holo-projector does not stay on very well.

I think the holo projector issue is somewhat common with a lot of them. But again I don't have a problem either with the legs.

The holo projector is held on properly by angling the wheels on his back so the wheel grooves on the inside hold in the corner of the projector and suddenly it's nice and sturdy. I know...it's kinda hard to explain.

As for the legs no one I know has told me any issues and I know a few collectors ;)

i did have the same issue with the upper knee joint too.but like galvatron(galvie's got the same knee joints too),all i had to do was lightly coat the part of the joint that actually plugs into his thigh with claercoat, let it dry and pop it back on.it was a p.i.t.a. to pop back in after but now it never falls out and the posability seems "stiffer".

I have 2 Hounds. One has the knee problem the other does not. Might have been a problem with early releases and fixed later on?

I only bought Hound for Ravage -- I gave Hound himself to a friend of mine.

I don't think she's had any issues with him.

Don't have a problem on mine either. Are we allow to exchange when there are problems on a figure after we open it? Because I have problem on one of my figure as well!

You can return practically any toy...just say its broken, or incomplete, or a wrong gift or something....most of the time you don't even have to do that.

not on mine, but maybe you can do an easy fix on that?

Do you require some tighting, gluing, packaging and taping skills to put them together like an original one? :p The Clerk might ask if you open it or any problem with it.

Thanks, that method worked for me. :D

And to answer the topic, I never had that problem though I think the knee joints are a bit weak for mine, just slightly.

Thanks for the replies, I may try to fix it up but if I see another one for 10 bucks, I may pick that up and use these figs and maybe try my hand at some customs. Heard Ravage makes a good laserbeak substitute
