That was a little rude? What he is pointing out is that the price ends with a .97, that means that the price is a clearance price, meaning it is not a temporary sale. Which is completely valid information that does not need to be ridiculed.

they need to clearance movie salvage at tru st laurent. 4-5$ would be good. they take up WAY too much space.

Space that could be used for universe deluxes before the movie stuff swamps again.

So with the prices ending in .97, so yeah that means permanent clearance (which I assume the mods get the point of posting that despite their tom-foolery :D), but most TRUs have so much of those items that they will still have them 6 months from now at those sorts of 'clearance' prices. Places usually don't 'clearance' stuff unless it is a relative few remaining stragglers and then the purpose of the clearance is to off that product asap.

So I don't really get TRU's approach here at all. (and are they trying to make space for early ROTF releasing?).

Was just at TRU at Sherway, and bought Universe Smokescreen and Dinobot for $9.99 each!!! Sale wasn't advertised, and not sure if this is all TRUs

They still had about 3 Smokescreens, Cheetors and Dinobots.
