Generation 2: Megatron. He's big, he's a tank... what more do you want? Also the only G2 I have ever owned.
Beast Wars: Optimal Optimus. Closest thing to a non-beastie Beastie.
Beast Machines: Primal Prime. :p
Robots In Disguise: Optimus Prime. Proving that Prime can be more than a semi-truck.
Armada: Supercon (Bendy) Prime. Proving that semi-trucks are the best Primes. Sorry RID.
Universe 1.0: Nemesis Prime. Two words - BAD ASS!
Alternators: Don't make me choose... I love them all... but Grimlock would be high on list followed up closely by every single other Alternator.

Generation 1: Jetfire. He was my first, but also had the most lasting effect on me. He was kinda like my 'woody' from toy story.
Generation 2: Not sure. Didn't have any. But I will say I liked the laser Optimus mold as scourge.
Beast Wars: Inferno. Took a while to get this guy, but was totally worth it.
Beast Machines: Jetstorm (deluxe Version) The first guy that I had three molds of and my third toy as a adult collector.
Robots In Disguise: This one is hard, I really liked them all.
Armada: Unicron, hands down, just a great toy.
Universe 1.0: I guess Apache, cause he is the only guy I got...
Alternators:I'm going to go with Smokescreen.
Energon: Landmine.
Cybertron: Hard to say, still opening. I really like Crosswise though...
Classics 1.0: Jetfire. I actually just opened him the other day. close to perfection imo.
Movie: 08 Stealth BB. Love the figure, love the mask.

Beast War Neo: Big Convoy- His robot mode makes up for the lame Mammoth mode.
