How many TF pieces do you have in your collection. What % of the figure do you actually display or is most of them in bag and box or put away in storage never to see the light or date ever again :eek:

i dont even wanna count how many i have. i have everything from 1983-present all on display (i am of course missing 10-15 from the jap and g2 euro lines, other than that all series are 100% complete with most of the variants). only things that are kept sealed are botcons, club exclusives, reissues (don't know why i bother with reissues since i have the originals). would anyone know how many transformers have actually been made since 1983-present? i think this topic may have come up before.

I'm probably gonna hit the 150 mark this year if I haven't already.

I TRY to have mine displayed, but it's a mess right now as I've got a bunch of figures floating around in various places not properly displayed.

Last time I counted it was over 500...but that was before Cybertron was finished, and I've been back-filling the collection. In short, I need to recount.

I'm building a new display setup, but that said I'll probably only be able to display half the collection at best.

I would love to be able to display more, but the real-estate required is insane!

lol, someone needs to make a Transformers calculator with all total releases broken down into lines and such.

Yeah your display cabinets are awesome too dude.

I have too many (1000-1500? including lots of g1 doubles and plenty of mildly broken ones) but don't really have much Armada, Energon, Beast Machines, late beast wars so it keeps the numbers down a tiny bit. I also only go for newer exclusives I REALLY like (i.e. clear blue mirage) as for that kind of money I'd rather go after rare or mint/sealed G1 stuff.

Oh, and also I have most of it on display, except for my 600 or so broken ones gotten on the cheap, all my g1 boxes and mib etc. in my closet, and various doubles in better or worse (often worse) shape. I have a big loose g1 vintage display, new figs display, and boxed stuff from the last 5 years or so display, I'm not completionist with newer stuff though.

A quick count ads up to 144 on display with a total of about 160 figures plus a few extra I'm trying to sell. Still trying to figure out how to display them after a huge haul I got a while ago which doubled my count. Comes to about 90% displayed.

Probably about 100 or so TF's. Only about 30 on display right now.

I'm moving sometime next year (Probably around the spring) so I've just been keeping the bulk of the collection in storage for now.

I'll be buying cabinets sometime after X-mas and storing those too :D

I can't wait for when I finally get the collection up and running in all it's glory though! I have some really nice pieces I can't wait to show off!

at the moment, 128. The only ones I don't have on display are my BW-M ones, which are 23. Simply becaus eI play with them too much, not to mention I'm outta shelf space. Should take the windows 95 PC outta there, but I'm keeping my 18-inch hitachi rabbit ear TV w/ VCR, because I've got myself some beast wars tapes :D.

I'm at about the 300 mark, including the 50 or so bootlegs (love that toxic lead dust) I bought in China. I'm building a new shelving unit and when it's complete and all my Transformers are on display, it'll make it easier to complete my inventory list. Then I'll have a proper count.

at my peek...i had close to 900 figures..all of which were on display. I converted my entire closet into a display case (pics on request) then i sold off about 99% of my collection, so i now have 46 figures...all of which are on display

I don't really know. The count should be about 850. I have atleast one of each character in every line. Some doubles of my favorite characters, are still in their boxes. Only the g1, cybertron, alternators, bineltechs, all the beast wars characters that appeared on the show -includes transmetals-, victory, masterforce and some classics are loose. The rest are boxed and still sealed. It's probably 45% open -55% still closed.

I don't collect just TFs. I collect all things Batman, Lego, 1/6 scale, GiJoe, Star Wars, and really just about anything awesome. I can't really put down a number, in the thousands I'm sure, but I'd say 80% is in storage.
