It looks like Novastar and Thrones of the Primes are not the last 2 pieces in the Japanese PotP line. TakaraTomy has just announced that Punch/Counterpunch will be out in Februry '19 as part of their PotP regular release. So, we might be done after Novastar but the end is still pending over there.
