Last year the Pulsecon items did not go live on the EB Canada site the same day as the Con.

The exclusives became available through Pulse (non-VIP) on Thurs, Sep 24, then didn't show up on EB's website until Monday, Sep 28.

Not saying that will happen again this year (absolutely keep on eye on the Gamestop site on the 22) but in case you're refreshing on the 22 and nothing shows up, it may be for that reason.

this unofficial sdcc blog makes no mention of the 3 pack being an sdcc thing in its list of exclusives for 2019

Weren't the Rainmakers also exclusive that ended up on liquidation prices?

I remember them with discounted pricing for a bit as my local TrU had a crap load of them.

(I found the neon colours too bright, so skipped them).

This true, it was same time as the Reflector set in most (Ottawa-area TRUs, anyways)
