It does say it. Clearly marked bottom right corner under his name. But I have to wonder what this all has to do with a PIC REQUEST of ALTS and MPs?

I'm saying I can't see it clearly, I see some white scribbles, in the bottom right of that photo, and that's all. That isn't CLEARLY written.
Either way, 17 still isn't an adult.

It says 17+, which means greater than 17, so what age is greater than 17?
I know you can figure this out. It's the age when someone is considered legally an adult.
