Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
I can't seem to find Ramjet/Dirge 2 pack on Amazon.com right now... Why is stuff getting so complicated now even when people already pre-order? Walmart and Amazon don't really care about their customers. We have to get to the origin of the issue which is brining our concern directly to Hasbro. Is there a way for all the collectors can file a complaint directly to Hasbro? Like complain to the Hasbro's management or something, we have to bring our concern directly to Hasbro, because this is getting ridiculous and inconvenient to all. Anyone have connection? Like the site moderator? We need a clear answer instead of everyone here guessing who's fault it is. A clear answer is all we NEED.

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
Its mostly likely that Hasboro is the cause of this not delivering their products to these distributers when they say they are. Amazon and Walmart want to sell you stuff if they had it in stock.

This is not a guessing game, we need a clear answer. Sick and tired of guessing or hearing guessing answers. It's Hasbro that should face their customers at this point.

Never know if I never ask, whoever has connection just say something you know. Sick and tired of guessing. OR better yet, bring it to a TF con, or something where they have direct contact with the company. I am not in Toronto area, so I never attend one of those. I am pretty sure some of u can get in touch with them.

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
Just order from a hobby shop or EB Games instead. Amazon is crap, they don't care, Hasbro is probably facing production/shipping delays due to the pandemic, and products will show up when they show up. I have multiple preorders in place just to make sure. EB Games doesn't charge until products are in stock, I suggest you use them if pre-orders are available.
As for Amazon exclusives, sucks to be us, but what are we gonna do? That is something to complain to Hasbro about but in the meantime you can try ordering from Amazon.com and maybe they'll come through.
Fansites like this one have very little sway over what Hasbro does, you probably have a better chance of getting a response from them by asking on their official social media channels.

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
If production has been delay, Hasbro should be doing their part to let their customers know, this is not being follow right now. Ok, where is this social media channel? I think we all have to be in this to make sure Hasbro hear our voice though. I can’t do it just by myself. Everyone got to be in it.

The usual places - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. If you have an account, find the official Transformers accounts and make a comment asking why there are product delays and cancellations.

Just checked, I think your method won't work. I noticed Hasbro don't seem to reply to any questions and concerns to their customers on those social media you are talking about. I think best way is asking them in public at a Transformers con or toy show or something, because don't think they will reply you via those social media or email. Thank you for your suggestion though.
