That's too bad, I was hoping to come across one this week.
But then again it was surprising that enough were left over to be shipped to stores this wide to begin with.
But curiously why did we get them up here when it appears there were no signs of them with the neighbors south..

Wild, unfounded guess? Maybe agreements with the company that runs SDCC said it would be exclusive to them, but the agreements only covered US distribution and sales rights?
If so, when they (Hasbro? Other?) had extras, maybe us northerly neighborinos started to look like an easy out?

What TFcon exclusive was purchased at a Winners? These Blaster's are San Diego Comic Con exclusives. The reason they've been able to reach Winners is because Hasbro has ownership of the figures and can thus distribute it to any retailer they see fit. TFcon exclusives are owned by TFcon staff, not Hasbro. Therefore they do not get distributed to any mass retailer.

Re: San Diego Comic Con 2010 Exclusive Blaster Released at Retail
^I c. so the TFclub items would be possible be the Hasbro's ownership and possible distribute to somewhere else? but then again, it might not be fair for the TFclub members if those items are available outside of the US. I wish Hasbro own as many ownership of the other cons' product as possible ^^"

you must mean "other con product" and not "TFcon exclusive" right?

I seem to recall that the TFCC exclusives usually sell out.
As for Hasbro owning conventions, well, then you would never see anything third party exclusive wise.
In fact if history is any indication you would see the same exclusives at every convention. For example last year the Star Wars Zuckuss & 4-Lom Exclusive was a convention exclusive at several different conventions around the world.
