That's weird, normally Amazon US adds the appropriate taxes for shipments to Canada (though it often refunds a few dollars a month or two later).

Check to see if the seller is actually Amazon, and not a third party.

They don't charge tax since you're not in America. When I sold something on eBay to an American, eBay charged them taxes automatically. I guess that's how it is for cross-border shops.

Sometimes they charge import fees which would be the 'taxes' anyway.

I don't understand what Ravage "transforms" into here. A box? This has to be the laziest transformer design I've ever seen, especially given that the original Ravage transformed into a tape, and has always been "core" sized.
