Starscreams has yet to be available at wide brick and mortar retail like TRU or Walmart. Same for most of Wave 2 so I would not worry. Only buy on Amazon if you cant wait or dont want to trouble yourself with searxhing for them and wasting gas/time.
And yes, Starscream is confirmed to be rereleased later this year in another wave. Nothing has been said if that release will be different to this wave 2 one.
