Anybody else notice this? Ultimate Prime is now available for preorder on TRU's site:

For...*drum roll*.....$99.99.

Eff that. That toy is not worth $100. Let's see how long they rot on the shelf at that price before they finaly put them on clearance.

What I wonder is why Hasbro thinks they can sell this or Supreme Devastator for such high prices but still refuse to release trailers for Masterpiece toys.

Not to mention I think WM is the US is only $65. TRU can eff them selves if they gonna mark it up that much.

Yes I started the thread when I first noticed the pre-order on TRU.ca. But now that I think about it, it was posted during the week when TRU had 25% off on all TF. So it could be that their system automatically took 25% off $99.99, hence the $74.97 we saw before.

Took quite a while for Supreme Devy to be just on sale, and even more to be on clearance. This is Optimus though, a big seller regardless of the price point. We'll see.

Too pricey. Will grab mine from the States. Canadian retailers really need to get their shit together. I just don't buy the sob story of how expensive it is to transport goods up here anymore.

Automaton just lowered their price on this by 20 bucks, down to $79.99 for those interested, and it's the US version.
