Depends. Either you were charged because their preparing to ship out,which I hope is the case, or your card was temporarily charged to make sure you have the funds available,which is standard procedure.

Mine was charged for Galvy a week ago. Heard nothing since.

I believe mine was charged a week ago as well, still says processing on my walmart orders page. Although the processing happens every day, don't know if that's normal or not as I haven't ordered anything off walmart.ca for a while now neither have I ever preordered anything from them.

The processing thing that they do is pretty bogus. If they aren't going to ship your order right away, why take the payment? The one good thing about Amazon is at least they only charge you when actually shipping the item.
