Normally my stuff has arrived from amazon in good condition. The only time I ever got anything that was just it's own box with a label on it was cw devastator l.

But the last batch of stuff I bought was kingdom Airazor, Huffer, and Inferno. Inferno came with other items in a larget box and was in good condition. But both deluxes were in the recyclable bubble mailers and the boxes were somewhat crushed. That the first time I've gotten orders with significant damage to the packaging.

Yes my oder left at my door bubble mailer box all damaged.

Thanks for your response and sorry about your items being crushed. These were from Amazon.ca or Amazon.com?

Has Amazon.com from the US been sending items to Canada as well via the sticker on the original packaging and padded envelope method for Transformers? I think one person above mentioned that happened to them once, but mostly its been an Amazon.ca problem...and there is a universal hate on for Halton Hills...

Amazon does this frequently. If the item says "sold by Amazon.com.ca" it means that .ca is getting the item from the US. When .ca is running low on stock, they usually request it from .com.

I've only had the sticker shipped directly on the box and that's ER Ironhide and Prowl, I think the only other time was Gigawatt in a mailer bag, but there doesn't seem to be any damage.

I think around Christmas time they're just too busy to give a crap and they rather make their quota and get a few complaints than not get their quota.

I said it's a gift order, pretty much every order from sponges to baking soda is now a gift order so it should guarantee an outter box.

At least I got a 50% discount when I complained about the Ironhide/Prowl item.
