Wish I could call the CS agent back and tell him he was wrong not to adjust my previous Metroplex's order price.

Wonder if SW will change sometime during this week again.

For those wondering about rainchecks,

I can confirm that as of today they actually have the ability to process a raincheck for MP Soundwave on TRU computers BLOCKED, even though the sale price does show in their computers, as soon as you enter SW's SKU in to process it, it gets an error message saying item cannot be rainchecked.

Keeping with all their indecisiveness and continuing to add more strict exemptions (I'm sure because of all the collector harassment/the 25% off coupon call ins), this is interesting as yesterday right at opening I was ABLE to get a raincheck, no doubt they hadn't thought to put in an exemption block still at that point.

Well technically, he really wasn't wrong (denying you while the website showed full price and no discounts apply), but rather, TRU changed their policy on it (back and forth a few times).

Yes! Just ordered MP SW. Hoping it can arrive before Sept 29th as my son really wanted this for his birthday. You never know!
