I'm happy I came across this post since I thought I was the only one. I also received an "Awaiting Shipment" notice on the 22nd and I am still waiting for a shipped notification. I emailed them and also sent a message on their site with no response as of yet. Maybe they are overwhelmed, but I would still like to think they are not so overwhelmed that they can't respond to emails...

I spoke to Spencer at TFcon and he told me that the couple of items that I pre-ordered and recently paid for (Hexatron, Last Chance) JUST came in to their store as they were preparing to leave for the convention, so they were unable to ship them out beforehand.

Well all the stuff I ordered were in stock items according to their page, and they had been in stock for at least a few days prior so hopefully they got sent right away.

I just checked my email and saw a ship notice from A3U. The tracking number provided shows that the package has already been delivered, which is expected since I got it last week. Maybe the TFCon rush prevented some of the orders from being flagged as shipped properly?

My order status still shows as awaiting fullfillment, but like I said this has happened a couple times before from Ages. In conclusion, I'm just impatient and want my godd@mn toys right meow, especially since I'm pretty sure I was the first person to place an order at 1:07am Edmonton time, when the sale started at 1:00am.

As stated by another board member in this thread, I received an email stating my order was shipped this afternoon...... three hours after the package was delivered to my door. Turns out it was shipped on the 24th. Strange. They must have had some issues with their system, or too overwhelmed with the amount of orders the sale generated.

Still upset since no one has responded to my email or message on their site though...

Yeah I messaged them last Thursday afternoon and still haven't gotten a reply back about my question on my order either. It sucks spending hundreds of dollars and not getting the updates you expect to get.

They just changed my order to AWAITING SHIPMENT!!! ... 11 days after I order it's only now being PREPARED for shipping... Has anyone else had to wait this long before their order got dealt with?

Wow. I never had to wait that long for an order to be marked as Awaiting Shipment after the items were in stock!

I did get a response to my email today though. They said their shipper forgot to enter tracking information into the site when he was finished with his shipping. Also, I had two previous orders have their status set to Completed today so I am not sure if their shipper was responsible for that as well. Either way, they seem to have fallen behind a bit.
