Check out Rev's collection showcase. He uses Dioders. Very good value. The lights plug in.
Also check out mine. I used custom LED strip light reels. Around the same price but it's a much more complicated set up. It was quite the tedious project
and requires some basic electrical skills.
But your set up is very tight. Not much room to tuck away the power supplies. So may get complicated, depending on where your wall outlets are positioned.
Battery powered puck lights from Costco might work well too. But you have a lot of shelves to light. Could get expensive.
But what I'm wondering is what kind of ceiling light do you have installed in that room? Maybe some directional fluorescent or LED track lighting might be a good solution. Then you can point each bulb in where you need it. There are lots a cool option these days.
