interesting that they didn't get rid of the faction symbol on his chest. i know it looks cool, but no other Seeker has that there. just a bit of a gripe in my opinion

this looks like it's just from the "Jet Chrome 1 set" it comes with all 6 seeker sets. there are two sets. one for the wings and one for the details. it was made LOOOOONG before the toys were made and was intended for customs.

There are differences. This one has the blue color matched to the new toy. It includes a nosecone symbol meant for this toy too, and the biggest difference is the extra wing labels, which were never made before - there was never a Dirge wing set.
