It's the same thing as Shrapnel/Skrapnel in POTP

This is really help needed to identify a Transformer in a comic book who probably does have a toy. Who?s the Decepticon that Megatron is talking to in the second page of the Halloween special?

I remember when I got a G1 Sixshot for Christmas, and he was my favorite one. He’d be worth a fortune loose if I still had him.
