My Cliffjumper Has No Head!

Well, it seems the Prime toys are one adventure after another this week. After Automaton cancelled all TF Prime per-orders on Sunday, my GF scored Cliffjumper and Arcee for me on Monday. Today, I found Voyagers Prime and Bulkhead.

Just when I thought I was sitting pretty, I transformed Cliffjumper. Lo and behold, he came with no head. I looked through the packaging and it just isn't there. Factory error I guess. I'll package him up and try to exchange him tomorrow. Hopefully, TRU will have some left when I get there.

What? How? I don't understand, how on Earth does a piece as signifcantly large as a head wind up missing from a figure?

For some reason my mental image of the factory floor suddenly got an I Love Lucy vibe with thousands of Cliffjumper Heads flying off the assembly line and the employees crying in comical fashion. Stupid 1950's sitcoms making life so funny.

o_o; I was gonna say did you check his chest, but CJ's head can be seen under the car itself, he's one of the easiest I found to transform in the Prime series.

Both Hasbro and Takara's QC have been getting worse, quite possibly worse than 3rd party items.
I have had a RTS Wreck-gar with a half painted beard and Perceptor with a blob of silver on its head.
