My Specialist Ratchet has a half-painted face it's annoying because you can't see it in packaging.

I believe you can see the horns on top of his head if you look into the packaging from the right angle. You should be able to see if it's there one way or another.
I decided to go back to TRU last night. Had no problems exchanging it. When I got the new one in the car, I tore it open to check if it had a head, a right hand and a left hand. All present and accounted for.
Just contact Hasbro customer support and they should be able to take care of you.
The last time I did that I sent a Kreo Optimus Prime in (just the Kreon) because it had the open chest and I wanted the proper one. 6 weeks later I receive a package with a HFTD Leader Starscream.
my cj had no screw to connect his head the parts are there but no screw actually did not know that the piece I found was missing from cliffjumper ....but I still got one.
it's annoying because you can't see it in packaging.
