Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
Gotta say, I'm surprised the wave 2 Kingdom has not shipped out yet. It say May 1 release date, but I figured that was just a placeholder. The wave has been fully released in retail, and EB games sent them out a while ago. Amazon doesn't usually lag so far behind.

Sorry but I'm going to slightly hijack the thread (unless this is deleted... lol) for 1 post to avoid having to make a new topic.
I just wanted to know if Amazon Japan's current status of "not shipping to your region" is just temp COVID thing or is it something else?
Merci

It really depends on the item you're ordering from them. Some items will deliver to Canada and some won't. I get that 3rd Party sellers on their website might refuse to ship to Canada, but some of the Amazon orders are saying they can't be delivered to Canada. I just tried adding some items to my cart (as a tester). Some could be delivered, some couldn't.
What item are you trying to order (just curious as to see why it's refusing)?

Amazon Japan will have no problem mailing anywhere in the world, as they use DHL Express for shipping, which is really fast, even with Covid-19.
Third party sellers may or may not ship overseas, it really depends on if they use Amazon for their fulfillment services (which includes DHL Express). If they do, then then can ship to you, even with items sold from Amazon (since Amazon is doing the fulfillment process on behalf of the seller).

I have as much faith for them to show up as I do that the world goes back to normal in that same time frame.
Personally, I've resigned myself to the fact that I'm probably not going to get them, at least not from Amazon. And that I'll just have to wait for another opportunity to show up... some day.

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
Actually I was seeing if MP-52 was better to order off of Amazon Japan, or A3U.ca once you consider shipping and duty.
I'll check again tomorrow, but I think it was shipped by Amazon at the very least. Probably sold by Takara or Amazon too, but I don't know for sure.
