During TFcon Canada 2022 , Paul Davids hosted an incredible panel discussing his time working on Transformers. Even better, at his booth, he showcased numerous artifacts?some of which he was willing to part with. In particular, he had left over film reels from "Cosmic Rust" from the editing process. Throught the weekend he was cutting them into 4-5 frame segments and selling them.
This weekend, I had the chance to photograph my frames, albeit crudely. Interestingly, some of frames I have do not appear in the broadcast episode.

Here are a few frames of Perceptor when held captive by Ramjet and Dirge. You can see here that Perceptor's head is turned to the side, in the final cut he never turned his head.
Examining the frames of Megatron, Starscream, and Rumble I found something truly amazing. Thanks to the Sunbow Productions and Marvel Productions script/storyboard archive , we have access to the full storyboard for Cosmic Rust. This sequence was storyboarded and ultimately cut from the episode.
