Ages Three and Up Communication

Has anyone been able to contact Ages Three and Up via e-mail and get a response quicker than a week later? I'm wondering if that seems to be the norm (which in my opinion is way too long to wait for an e-mail response).
I've also tried messaging them through this site with no success.
I'm not trying to make them look bad, since their prices and shipping are great (I recently successfully received a bunch of stuff from them), I just wish their customer service response was quicker/better. I also understand that they're a business that's occupied with lots of other people's orders, and their everyday in store customers, but I don't see why it should take upwards to a week for a response.

Thanks.

Yeah.. I have issues with their email service. I get late replies or not even a reply at all. Of course, I live nearby so if I need something dealt with I can stop by.. I think they're still trying to settle in after their big move and they're trying to work with their new online system so I can understand their busy-ness. Sorry to hear about your concerns not getting recognized early enough.

Re: Ages Three and Up Communication

I have tried using their messaging service on their site and they never responded. I then tried just emailing them and they responded right away.

Re: Ages Three and Up Communication

the only time they ever responded to me was when i opened a paypal ticket when they failed to list something i bought as a preorder (the toy was already released to retail mind you) and i was 3 weeks with no shipment.

they responded with a "well all you had to do was ask and we would have told you it was a preoder item" about 4 days later through paypals messaging system.

how the hell was i suppose to know?!?

beyond that ive never had to contact them.
