i just did it this morning instore...my csr said no expiry for rainchecks...

The csr at Victoria park said the rain check is good for only two month. Hope that is not true.

My csr said 30 days. The first store didn't allow becus it's on pre order status. Went to another, said the same thing, had to argue to get it.

Rain checks don't expire. I have been told this by management at multiple stores. That said, sometimes the item you want won't come back or is limited or a hundred other things that will get you in the end.

I also got a rain check for Starscream today. I also emailed Walmart and got a price match for Devy. So... cash saved on devy = starscream. I'll take it!

Well I just got off the phone with TRU customer service.
It is not possible to get a raincheck for anything from the website.
Rainchecks are only available from the stores, in person.

I will just cry myself to sleep now.

I got a raincheck too but it wasn't from my usual TRU location. I was out of town today. They said I can't use it at another location unless a manager approves it. Not sure how true this is. Anyone know?
