I'm optimistic.

If they engineer it like the the Universe mold, then it's not a MP Sunstreaker, it's a repainted MP yellow Sideswipe. Like Brr-icy reminded us, Sideswipe's legs and feet are formed with the back of the car, Sunstreaker is formed with the front. Two completely different molds / characters. In order to put both of those elements into one mold and to remain accurate to the original characters w/o a stupid amount of kibble would take a miracle in engineering. A miracle I don't think Hasbro would even think about. I think the Universe mold has made people forget how different these 2 really were.

again, I was being optimistic. :P I'm still buying this as I do like Swipe a little bit more than Streaker

Nice to see them finally delving back into new characters. Hope Hasbro jumps on the train with this.

There is a lot of extra paint in the can. I am sure they will put the that brush to work before we see them....

not just that line but alot of the other lines have also followed this trend ie. Alternators, so I am with you on how they should keep the two characters different as they were as aposed to how they are now.

Either way I am sure that we could get a Red Alert from this mold

Extremely true. I was weeping when I saw the test images of the Alternator Jazz with Porsche 935 Martini coverings.

I would hope Lambo's marketing side would see this this as a great way to promote itself and give the Iconic Diablo a lot of love. I would want to think that VW/Audi would want to seem more interested in their fans of Automobili Lamborghini, than Ferrai was...
