I used it for bunch of tfs stuff, but then it is all in Chinese so make sure you can read all the instructions.

alot of the listings are phantom stock or just place holders for pre-orders, so you have to contact the seller directly (in chinese of course) to make sure they actually have stock of the item you are looking for

Does this hold true for older issues?

And just to confirm, taobao focus is a third party that serves as a go between for taobao and markets outside of China?
